It’s unlikely that Travis Kelce will be able to attend Taylor Swift’s remaining U.S. concerts due to his busy schedule, but the Kansas City Chiefs star is making sure that his pop star girlfriend knows how proud he is of her.
Speaking on the “New Heights” podcast that he co-hosts with his brother, Jason Kelce, the Chiefs tight end sent a short but powerful message for Swift amid the music icon’s Eras Tour.
Swift is in the final leg of her concert tour in the U.S., recently finishing up three shows in Miami. She’s now heading to New Orleans for another three nights of performances. When Jason Kelce talked about Swift’s concert in Miami, which he and his wife and kids attended along with their mother Donna Kelce, the former NFL star said that Swift was incredible during the show.
He then proceeded to say, “Keep killing it, Tay.” Travis Kelce then repeated what his brother said in support of his partner. “Keep killing it,” the Chiefs vet shared.
Just moments later in the podcast, Travis Kelce once again talked about how proud he is of Taylor Swift, especially when she didn’t let the rain in Miami stop her from performing.
“And shout out to Taytay for powering through a few rain shows there,” Travis further stated. Sure enough, while Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift are miles apart, they continue to encourage each other. Travis Kelce won’t be able to make it to Swift’s New Orleans shows since the Chiefs have a Week 8 game scheduled on Sunday.
Regardless, fans can expect the nine-time Pro Bowler and the singer to show their support in one way or another.
