Fans are apparently not happy with three-time Super Bowl champion QB Patrick Mahomes, as he finds himself criticized for ignoring Travis Kelce.
With the second quarter coming to an end and a lead by double digits, the Chiefs could be on their way to maintaining their perfect start to the season. However, it might be a great day if you are a Travis Kelce fan. As the Chiefs TE continues to struggle on the offense. Over the first half, that saw Mahomes throw for 108 yards.
Kelce had only 2 receptions for 10 yards, which got the fans screaming, “Mahomes officially hates Kelce.” Although this could be pure frustration in the end for Kelce fans who aren’t pleased with Mahomes.
This isn’t the first time that Mahomes has found himself ripped to shreds by fans, as something similar took place when the Chiefs defeated the Falcons in week 3.

It was a hugely disappointing night for Kelce, who finished with just 4 catches for 30 yards. This got his fans angered as one of them wrote, “Patrick Mahomes I am under your bed HE WAS WIDE OPEN.” Well, this comment came on the back of a misfiring first half Mahomes had vs the Falcons. He passed for just 128 yards while tossing an interception to the Falcons.
And it wasn’t the only comment that Mahomes got on the night. As one of them went emotional, saying, “I miss good Mahomes and Kelce.”
Considering the bond they share on and off the field, seeing them not combine as they used to such feelings is pretty normal in Chiefs Kingdom this season.
However, there was another fan who reportedly couldn’t hold back his words as went on a rant, “TRAVIS SHOULD TELL @PatrickMahomes To F— OFF AND RETIRE SO HE CAN ENJOY HIS LIFE BECAUSE PAT MISSING TRAV OPEN SO MANY TIMES IS BULL—-.” Amid such harsh criticism from the fans, Patrick Mahomes continues to share a good bond with Travis Kelce.
