Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce opted to keep details of his home life with girlfriend Taylor Swift private during a Tuesday, June 11 press conference.
When asked about what they like to cook together by a reporter, the 34-year-old playfully responded, “I respect that question, but I’m gonna keep that one to myself.”

Kelce did, however, confirm Swift’s culinary talents, stating, “Taylor makes a great Pop-Tart and cinnamon roll.” This question was presumably in response to a video montage Swift shared in April set to her lead single from The Tortured Poets Department.
It showed scenes from her Eras Tour rehearsal and a sweet moment of the couple cooking together, with Travis planting a kiss on her cheek. Swifties were ecstatic to receive this rare glimpse into the popstar’s private life.
Travis also discussed staying grounded amid their high-profile relationship during a June 6 appearance on Good Morning America.
He started off by relaying his gratitude, saying, “I’m so fortunate and so grateful for everything that’s come my way in life.” He continued, “When you have good family and friends around you, it makes that aspect of life that much easier,” he explained. “I’ve always been a very grounded guy.”
“I might not come off like that when I’m playing football, but off the field, I just want to be a genuine person.”
Travis’s older brother Jason Kelce recently shared some insight on his brother’s relationship with the pop star during an appearance on Andrew Santino’s Whiskey Ginger podcast on Friday, June 7.
The retired NFL star remarked on the intense spotlight now shining on their family since the couple began dating last summer. “I think she’s a little uncomfortable with how much it’s become,” Jason, 36, said. He further explained that while he and his wife Kylie face their share of attention, it pales in comparison to the media frenzy surrounding Travis and Swift. “You can’t be a normal person at that point,” he concluded.
